Chief Solutions Officer
Digital marketer. Creative strategist. Agency leader. Helping people find their way has always been at the core of Jason’s career, fueled by a passion for introducing others to experiences he loves. From consulting with city and DMO leadership, to fueling growth for global brands, and even advising Yoko Ono in her own kitchen, Jason’s diverse skill-set allows him to keep his eye on the journey and the destination at the same time.
Jason is a founding owner of the agency, and today oversees our tourism practice, leading the Destination ENV team. Along with providing consultation to all of our travel and tourism brands, Jason’s experience across verticals for clients from PayPal to Hormel, fuels a unique perspective on performance marketing as he seeks innovative solutions for our clients’ largest challenges. He has been a central role in guiding our teams support for Choose Chicago, Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Pro Football Hall of Fame, Chicagoland Speedway, and more.
Chief Executive Officer
To anyone who knew Todd as a child, founding Envisionit would have seemed the only natural outcome. His genuine, infectious energy, coupled with an effortless inquisitiveness for business makes him a positive multiplier for anyone he works with. He loves helping great businesses grow.
Since the agency’s inception in 2002, Todd has maintained absolute focus on our vision: creating tremendous growth opportunities for our clients. His passionate understanding of digital, combined with an innate ability to see the parts and whole of a situation, has allowed him to discern great opportunity for clients. It’s this unique ability that sets the tone for our culture: envisioning a client’s entire business, not just what’s in front of us.
While his influence can be seen in nearly all of our client engagements, Todd has been an integral leader for clients such as Fairmont Hotel, Toyota, Braintree (PayPal), and American Egg Board. Todd acts as an advisor and entrepreneur engaging in various endeavors as he builds opportunity for the agency and its partners.
VP, Creative Director
Amber brings a magnetic energy to crafting experiences for brands. A storyteller at her core, with a high fact finding passion as her motor, Amber seeks every insight to understand and connect creative to audience mindsets. This motivation is particularly impactful when it comes to the influencing the shifting mindset of travel audiences. Having nearly two decades of experience across hospitality, luxury, CPG, and tourism, combined with a passion for a good bloody mary, Amber just gets it.
Chris Van Meter
Director of Technology
Chris began at the agency leading project management for the Choose Chicago dedicated team, overseeing content and development initiatives. He quickly made an impact both for the DMO and the agency with his inquisitive nature, passion for technology, and solution-oriented approach. He’s an idea guy. Continually seeking new opportunities to improve beyond existing systems, Chris dug in deep. From Simpleview to Bandwango across operations, membership, marketing, and even revenue, his efforts could be felt across the organization.
He was so successful in fact, that we promoted him so he bring this energy to all of our clients. Technology, performance services, and insights all fall under his purview as he looks for the next innovation to drive our programs, websites, and our clients forward.
Chief Partnerships Officer
The steward of our client experience, Tiffany brings 20 years of experience in leadership across a range of areas to the agency; including digital marketing strategy, tech, sales and client excellence. Most recently, she served as President of GoCollect, a B2B2C SaaS offering for collector investors. As President, she led marketing, operations, customer service, HR, strategic partnerships, product development and ultimately, the organization’s investor and M&A efforts.
Prior to this stop, Tiffany lead enterprise growth and integrated marketing initiatives across the agency landscape. She led brands across a number of categories from tourism to CPG, automotive and financial services. Some of those include Kellogg’s, Nestle, Ben & Jerry’s, Carmax, Hanes, Champion, Marriott, CME Group, CNA Insurance, Jesse White Foundation and of course, as a NOLA native herself, the New Orleans Tourism business.
Executive Media Director
Andra was recruited to lead our media team for a variety of reasons. 15 years of strategic stewardship and cross-channel execution is certainly one. A collaborative mindset that seeks opportunity in the data. A track record of excellence supporting global brands. All critically important. But, her deep experience supporting destinations certainly stands out, having led media for LA Tourism, New Mexico Tourism Coop, See Monterey, Galveston Island, West Hollywood, and Catalina Island.
Chief Operations Officer
Sarah Caputo is an industry veteran with more than 18 years of experience across industries such as SaaS, data & analytics, insurance & financial services, CPG, durable goods, hospitality, and telecommunications. Prior to Envisionit, she was Head of Marketing at Planck, a cognitive data & analytics platform, overseeing end-to-end marketing strategy and execution. She spent eight years at Allstate Corporation in a breadth of marketing roles spanning brand, product, distribution, media, and analytics. For the first eight years of her career, she led client services and brand strategy at advertising agencies.
